JANESVILLE — Janesville Parker put together a strong performance in the second set but lost in three sets to Sun Prairie East 25-12, 27-25, 25-21 on Monday night in a Big Eight Conference volleyball match.

“We really came alive in the second set,” Parker coach Sam Corrigan said. “Our defense really stepped up with covering our hitters and making opportunities in serve receive. Aubree Harwick had an impressive 34 digs tonight. She did such a great job reading tips and covering the floor. Our blocking was on tonight with Anna Redieske, Haley white and Myalee Kuneene each having 4 big block kills giving us momentum.”
