JANESVILLE – A Janesville man was arrested Thursday after fleeing police during a traffic stop that was tied to a drug investigation, according to police.

At 9:35 a.m. Thursday, Janesville police attempted to conduct a traffic stop on Deshawn Foreman, 28, but he refused to stop and fled. Officers opted not to engage in a vehicle pursuit, according to a statement from the department. However, officers found Foreman after he struck a parked vehicle at the intersection of E. Court Street and S. Garfield Avenue.
