JANESVILLE — A Janesville man is in jail and facing charges after police responded to a shots fired call outside a downtown bar and grill on Saturday, Oct. 14.

According to a release, a Janesville police officer first witnessed a disturbance and then heard a gunshot come from a vehicle that was leaving the parking lot of Riley’s Sports Bar & Grill, 209 West Milwaukee St., around 10 p.m.
