JANESVILLE — A 23-year-old Janesville man accused of killing another man in a Feb. 10 hit-and-run pleaded not guilty Tuesday to his charges and remains free on $3,000 bond.

Noe Perez Reyes was not accompanied by a lawyer at Tuesday morning’s preliminary hearing, as he faced charges he killed Kelby Hall, 34, of Janesville, in the Feb. 10 hit-and-run on West Milwaukee Street.
