JANESVILLE — If you're looking to leave your house in the next few days, meteorologists urge bundling up and limiting time spent outside. The forecasted wind chill is 20 to 34 degrees below 0 through 9 a.m. Wednesday.

JANESVILLE -- GIFTS Men’s Shelter is providing overnight emergency shelter to men on a first come basis as the weather gets colder; this will be in effect when Rock County declares a cold weather emergency. The shelter's space is limited to four men.

Spring isn’t here quite yet, but a National Weather Service meteorologist says southern Wisconsin can expect a slight bump in temperatures this week after a colder-than-normal first half of February.
