JANESVILLE – Forward Janesville has named Shar Hermanson its next president and CEO.

MILTON — A growing plastics manufacturer that says it looks to expand in Milton and create hundreds of new local jobs got a $5.6 million boost Wednesday from Wisconsin’s top economic development agency.

A store official for Hy-Vee said the company is hiring more than 600 full-time and part-time workers at the Humes Road store plans a grand opening in February.

JANESVILLE — The city of Janesville hopes a daylong set of public input sessions on Tuesday will allow residents, business groups, city employees and others to sound off on what kind of city manager they’d like hired.
