An American Legion post in Nashville attracts more than just veterans. Post 82 is where Grammy-winning musicians share beers with locals and veterans alike over the sounds of classic country and bluegrass. Rocker Jack White and bluegrass player Billy Strings have performed at its tiny stage while also bringing attention to the veterans service organization. The volunteers who run the post ensure the true mission of serving veterans and the community hasnt gotten lost in the attention on the celebrities who spend time there. One veteran and post member says Post 82 is a place where you gain family members every day.
