Haden Kruse scored 2 minutes, 8 seconds into overtime at the Janesville Ice Arena to lift the Janesville Jets past the Chippewa Steel 3-2 in North American Hockey League play Friday night.

The Jets’ leading point scorer also assisted on the team’s first goal of the night at 13:13 of the first period. Christian Venticinque made it 2-0 Janesville about a minute later.
