JANESVILLE Exploring the negative impacts of racial stress will be the topic of conversation during the Courageous Conversations online event set for Monday, April 22 at 5:30-7 p.m.

Discussions will focus on the struggle against racial stress affecting everyone in society, whether its recognized or not. According to the press release, by looking at the causes and impacts, it helps us continue examining what we say and do, so as to not add to the stress level. It also recommends for those interested to look into the book Black Fatigue by Mary-Frances Winters.
