JANESVILLE – Rock County Civics Academy is hosting a Janesville City Council candidate forum at UW-Whitewater at Rock County on Jan. 22, from 6:30-8 p.m.

The event will be in the Allen Hall Commons, 2909 Kellogg Ave., on the UW-Whitewater at Rock County campus. It’s open to the public.
