‘Grief can feel isolating, but it doesn’t have to be navigated alone. This group is for anyone who has had a pregnancy loss, miscarriage, ectopic pregnancy or stillbirth. The goal of this group is to offer a safe space to connect with others who experienced the difficult emotions and pain with pregnancy loss. Useful information, resources and support will be shared,” Mercyhealth said in a release.

Attendees can expect:

• A safe environment to share (optional)
• Opportunities to gain new skills that others found effective
• Building connections through support and shared experiences
• Learning about how grief is complex and being able to express grief can be helpful to one’s journey
