JANESVILLE, Wisconsin—Mercyhealth has welcomes Eliza Godfrey, PhD, child and adolescent psychologist, to the staff at Mercyhealth Behavioral Health Clinic, 903 Mineral Point Ave., Janesville.
“Dr. Godfrey strives to help her young patients live their best lives,” a Mercyhealth release said.
“As a psychologist at Mercyhealth, I support children and families by providing psychological assessment and therapy services,” Dr. Godfrey said in the release. “I view psychological assessment as a tool to provide diagnostic clarity and to help children and their supporters to gain insight into their strengths and areas for support to aid their ability to thrive at home and school.”
“In therapy, I value meeting families and youth where they are and tailoring evidence-based interventions to be a good fit based on their interests and needs. I aim to help patients build up their ‘tool kit’ with skills to use outside of my office for a lasting impact in their lives.”
Dr. Godfrey earned her Doctor of Philosophy degree in School Psychology from the University of Wisconsin, Madison.
Her special interests include:
