Dashcam video shows part of the May 24 chase in which Monona Police deployed their Grappler Police Bumper for the first time to stop an actual fleeing vehicle. The video clip begins with the Hyundai Kona traveling south on U.S. Highway 51 and then turning westbound onto East Broadway. The Grappler is deployed on West Broadway, soon after the SUV runs a red light at the intersection with Monona Drive.
