ELKHORN — Two people from Illinois and one person from New Jersey are being accused of burglaries where the suspects allegedly targeted the homes of Asian business owners in the Elkhorn area.

Three people were arrested Saturday including a 16-year-old boy from Chicago who is accused of burglary and resisting arrest. Additionally, Jame Rodriguez, 31, of Elizabeth, New Jersey, is accused of party to burglary, fleeing causing injury, contributing to the delinquency of a child, and resisting arrest. Harol Canter Rocha, 24, of Palatine, Illinois, is accused of burglary, possession of burglary tools, contributing to the delinquency of a child, criminal damage and resisting arrest.
