JANESVILLE — A man who fled from a crash in the town of Janesville on March 15 has been arrested for operating while intoxicated, as a fifth offense.

David Douglas, 60, of Janesville, was found by use of a drone after Rock County sheriff’s deputies were sent to investigate a single-vehicle crash near 2410 N. Burdick Rd. in the town of Janesville. When officers caught up to Douglas, he allegedly displayed signs of impairment and was arrested.
