JANESVILLE — The Janesville School Board will consider approving a co-op lacrosse team with Milton and Fort Atkinson that would begin competition in the 2024-25 school year. The consideration is scheduled for its meeting at 6 p.m. Tuesday at 527 S. Franklin St.
The proposal, if approved, would allow for additional schools to join if other districts opted to enter the agreement. Janesville is named as the lead district in the proposal, which was written by District Athletic Director Jim McClowry.
