DELAVAN – The city of Delavan Police Department has put an officer on administrative leave after he was arrested Thursday and charged in court with stalking.

Joshua Bittner was arrested and placed on the administrative leave pending the outcome of the criminal investigation and subsequent court proceedings in Winnebago County, Ill., the department announced in a press release Friday.
