JANESVILLE — The Rock County Medical Examiner’s Department has released the name of the driver who died in a 1-vehicle crash early Monday on Janesville’s northeast side.

Ronnie R. Jones, 35, of Janesville, died after the vehicle he was driving erratically early Monday morning hit speeds up to 100 miles an hour and then crashed around 2:40 a.m. on Milton Avenue near the I-39/90 overpass.
