FORT ATKINSON — PremierBank has announced that Kyler Kabat has joined the bank as First Vice President, Director of Retail and Mortgage Lending.
In this leadership role, Kabat will oversee PremierBank’s retail and mortgage lending team, leading strategic growth initiatives and supporting the bank’s commitment to serving communities throughout Jefferson, Rock and Walworth counties.
Kabat brings more than 15 years of real estate and financial services experience to PremierBank. After beginning his career in the real estate industry, he transitioned into banking, where he developed extensive expertise in lending, relationship management and market leadership. Most recently, he served as Market President for a financial institution in Jefferson County, overseeing market growth, customer retention, profitability and collaboration between lending and retail banking teams.

Kabat has completed the Wisconsin Bankers Association’s Residential Mortgage Lending and Commercial Lending programs. He recently completed the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin–Madison, earning a Certificate of Executive Leadership as a member of the Class of 2025. He also holds a Wisconsin Real Estate Broker’s License.
