When it's time for an election I like to know how my representatives voted on issues I care about. Unfortunately, that information does not often make it to the front page, or even the back pages.

Thankfully this past week first the House and then the Senate approved an aid package for Ukraine. This positive outcome, after six months of delay, signals our country's willingness to stand up for democracy and oppose Russian aggression.

Regrettably, two of my representatives, Republicans Senator Ron Johnson and Representative Bryan Steil voted to endanger our security by voting against aid to Ukraine.

I encourage The 69 to follow-up with no votes Johnson and Steil along with Democrats Senator Baldwin and Representative Pocan, who voted for the aid, so we as their constituents can better understand their votes when it's time for our votes.
