Kelvin Yeboah scored two goals to help Minnesota United beat the San Jose Earthquakes 5-1 to snap a nine-game winless streak. Minnesota (7-7-7) won for the first time since a 3-2 victory at Columbus on May 2. The Earthquakes (10-8-3) have lost four in a row and are winless in six straight. Drake Callender had four saves for Minnesota. Joaqu穩n Pereyra, Marcus Caldeira and Mauricio Gonz獺lez each scored a goal. Timo Werner converted from the penalty spot to open the scoring in the fourth minute.
