JANESVILLE — Connor Greuel cracked a bases-clearing double to back the pitching of Henry Bishop as the Wisconsin Cheese Kings beat the Maunesha River Rats, 13-1, in a Dairyland Collegiate League summer baseball game at the Janesville Youth Sports Complex Monday afternoon.

Fomer Beloit Turner athlete and current Arkansas-Pine Bluff player Konner Giddley smacked a pair of doubles and drove in three runs in the 7-inning victory. Bishop allowed seven hits and no runs in five innings, while former Janesville Parker player Caleb Wilson and Charlie Jackson each pitched an inning in the triumph.
The Cheese Kings (3-3) travel to Glendale to play the North Shore Bobbers at the Milwaukee School of Engineering Field at 6 p.m. today.
