The 7-week Stepping On class series will take place from 9:30-11:30 am on Fridays, Sept. 26 through Nov.7, in the Garden Level Conference Rooms at SSM Health St. Mary’s Hospital-Janesville, 3400 E. Racine Street.

Stepping On teaches aging adults about fall hazards inside and outside the home, and how to safely recover from a fall. It also offers strength and balance exercises, and discussion about how vision, hearing, and medication can impact fall risk.

A donation of $15 is suggested for the class series.
