JANESVILLE — A man convicted of two counts of third-degree sexual assault in Lincoln County in 2017 is being relocated to Janesville.
Eric J. Woller, 46, will be relocated to 203 W. Sunny Lane on Sept. 18. He was convicted on the two counts on April 11, 2017.
While living at 203 W. Sunny Lane, Woller’s supervision includes, but is not limited to: not having unsupervised contact with minors, not having contact with the victim, not consuming drugs, complying with standard sex offender rules and cooperating with electronic monitoring. He will be a lifetime registrant of the Wisconsin Sex Offender Registration Program.
According to a statement from the Rock County Sheriff’s Office, the sheriff’s office is not responsible for the placement of Woller, but it is required to provide public notice by law.
