The design, inspired by Logterman’s adventures with her dog, depicts friends enjoying time on the water.
“Ultimately, chasing him around throughout his adventures has helped keep my feet wet throughout my childhood,” Logterman said in a release.

Vehicle admission passes provide access to more than 60 state park, forest and recreation areas across Wisconsin. A 12-month admission pass or a daily admission pass is required on all motor vehicles entering state parks and recreation areas. Some state forest and trail parking areas also require a vehicle pass.
The 12-month admission pass with the new 2026 design will go on sale Jan. 1.
Passes are available for purchase online, at state park system properties and at DNR service centers. More information, including how to purchase a vehicle admission pass, is at .

“Each year the students really impress us with their creativity,” said Steve Schmelzer, director of the DNR's Parks and Recreation Management Bureau. “The DNR has been hosting this contest for more than 30 years, and we still see something new each time.”
