JANESVILLE — The Rock County LGBTQ+ Educational Summit returns for its third year from 8:30 a.m. — 4:30 p.m. on Monday, June 16 at Blackhawk Technical College.

This year’s summit, themed “Queer Trouble,” will focus on the challenges the LGBTQ+ community is currently facing both locally and nationally.
