JANESVILLE — YWCA Rock County will open a new Early Learning Center later this month for 2 and 3- year-olds, the organization announced Tuesday.

The center, opening June 30 at 1735 S. Washington St. on Janesville’s southside, will provide “high-quality, developmentally appropriate child care in a nurturing and inclusive environment,” a release said.
