JANESVILLE — A woman who fell from a first-story window on Friday in the 300 block of N. High St., in Janesville, told police she was intoxicated and lost her pants in the fall. 

A person who called 911 said it was a domestic violence situation, saying the woman was covered in blood after the fall. However, the woman who fell denied that domestic violence was involved, according to Sgt. Benjamin Thompson with the Janesville Police Department.
