BELOIT — A 26-year-old Janesville man is due back in court on Feb. 4 to face kidnapping, false imprisonment and reckless endangerment charges.

Jerome Hanewold was apprehended on Jan. 4 after a short standoff in a Janesville neighborhood. He made his first appearance in Rock County Circuit Court on Jan. 6 and remains in custody on a $50,000 cash bond.
