Andres Kudacki - FR170905 APDolly Parton’s nephew, Bryan Seaver, is seeking more time to secure a lawyer in a legal battle involving a restraining order taken out by her estate. The order was granted to Parton’s estate against Seaver and his security company. Representing himself, Seaver filed a motion in a Tennessee court on Friday to delay the hearing set for Oct. 9 by about 10 days. The estate, managed by Danny Nozell, accuses Seaver of threatening to do violence and damage Parton’s legacy. Seaver, who was chosen by Parton to announce her death, has not commented on the allegations. The judge has not yet responded to Seaver’s request for a delay.
