PARIS (AP) — Belgian cyclist Jasper Philipsen had successful surgery after breaking a collarbone during the of the Tour de France.

Philipsen was knocked over by Frenchman Bryan Coquard and landed heavily on his right side. The abandoned and was taken to hospital.
